• To ensure a safe environment, we recommend that all family members wash their hands before interacting with the kitten. This helps create a hygienic space for your new furry friend.

Meet and Greet

• When we arrive for the pickup, we’ll take a moment to introduce you to your kitten and provide any additional information about their care and personality. This is a great opportunity to ask any last-minute questions you may have.

Transporting the Kitten

• Your kitten will be transported in a comfortable carrier. We ensure that they are secure and comfortable during the trip to your home.

6. Documentation and Health Certificate

• We will provide all necessary documentation, including a health certificate and any vaccination records. This ensures you have everything you need for your kitten’s health and wellbeing.

7. Transitioning to Your Home

• Once your kitten is at your home, allow them some time to adjust to their new surroundings. It’s important to keep the environment calm and let them explore at their own pace.

8. Post-Pickup Support

• After the pickup, we are here to support you. Feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns as your kitten settles in. We also recommend scheduling a vet appointment within the first few days for a check-up.

COVID-19 and Kitten Transport

During these times, we want to assure you that transporting kittens is safe and effective, as they do not carry COVID-19. Your new kitten will be flown alongside passengers for added safety. Upon arrival at the airport, a dedicated delivery service will ensure your kitten is brought directly to your home, as we currently do not allow airport pickups to minimize health risks.

Delivery Process

Once your payment is confirmed, we offer next-day delivery. If you make your payment today, you can expect your kitten to arrive by tomorrow evening. We will provide you with a tracking number and all necessary shipping details, allowing you to monitor your kitten’s journey.

Shipping Details

Shipping your kitten is made easy and stress-free. They will travel in a climate-controlled cabin area designed specifically for pets, secured in an airline-approved carrier. Ahead of time, you will receive your kitten’s flight number, arrival time, and a unique reference number for identification. We can arrange for your kitten to be delivered directly to your home or allow for airport pickup, depending on your preference.

With over 11 years of experience, I prioritize direct, non-stop flights whenever possible, as this minimizes stress for the kittens. We consistently receive feedback from new owners that their kittens arrive happy and well-adjusted.

Safe and Comfortable Travel

We utilize airlines for transportation because it is the quickest and safest method, especially for long distances or interstate journeys. Each kitten is transported in a customized, airline-approved plastic pet kennel, which is tailored to their size and the journey’s duration. They travel in a specially pressurized and climate-controlled compartment, separate from passenger luggage, ensuring their comfort throughout the flight.

Our shipping crates are clearly labeled with “LIVE ANIMALS” and directional stickers. We include all pertinent information, such as the destination airport, confirmation number, and your contact details. To prepare the kittens for travel, we spend time playing with them in their crates before shipping, ensuring they feel comfortable. We also provide ample food and water, so they remain hydrated during transit.

Weather and Health Considerations

We constantly monitor weather conditions at both the departure and arrival locations to ensure safe travel. The health and safety of our kittens are our top priority; we will not ship if we believe weather conditions could pose a risk. Typically, we ship from Monday to Saturday, ensuring your kitten’s safe arrival.

While it may take a day or two for your new kitten to adjust to their new environment, most adapt quickly and feel at home right away.

Nanny Shipping Option

For an even more personalized experience, we offer a reliable Airline Nanny service. This option allows your kitten to be flown directly into your arms, ensuring they receive individual attention throughout the journey. This is the most caring and stress-free delivery method available.

Health Certification

A health certificate is mandatory for all pets traveling by air, ensuring they are fit for travel and free from any health issues. All airlines require this document to guarantee the safety and well-being of your new companion.

Arrival Instructions

Please ensure you are available at home or the airport at the scheduled time for pickup. Typically, your kitten will be available for pickup one hour after the flight lands, and you will need to present a valid ID, such as a driver’s license. We would love to hear that your kitten has arrived safely, so please reach out to us as soon as you can. Don’t forget to schedule a veterinarian check-up within 48 hours of your kitten’s arrival. We will follow up with you 24 hours after delivery to ensure everything is perfect and to answer any questions you may have.
